About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of millanddesign.com (the "Website") and the games on it. The Website is run by Mill And Design ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Play page, which form part of these Terms.

Who can use the Website

The Website is only for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. By using it you confirm that you meet both conditions. We may ask you to confirm your age at any time and may close accounts where we reasonably believe a player is under 18.

Free play only

• Virtual coins, XP and levels are for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for anything.
• Games that look like reel games, scratch cards or number games are simulations for fun. Success in a free game does not mean you would have the same results in real-money gambling.
• We will never ask you for card or bank details.

Your account

You can play our games without an account. Creating a free account lets you keep a coin balance, earn XP, level up and see the games you have opened.

• You must give accurate information and only hold one account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate anyone.
• You can sign out or delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Coins, XP and levels

New accounts receive free welcome coins. You can collect a free daily bonus once every 24 hours. Opening a game while signed in adds XP (once per game per day), and XP decides your level.

We may change coin amounts, bonuses, XP rules and level names, or reset balances, for example to fix an error or to keep the games fair. Because coins have no value, no compensation is due for any change or reset.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or any automated means to play, collect bonuses or create accounts;
• try to access other players' accounts, our servers, our account files or our logs;
• interfere with, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the Website or the games;
• use the Website for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone through our forms.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our games and content

All games on the Website are designed and built by Mill And Design and run from our own server. The games, artwork, names, text and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use only.

We work hard to keep games running smoothly, but we provide the Website "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, because the Website is free, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for any loss of virtual coins, XP or levels.

Changes and ending

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will show a notice on the Website. We may stop offering the Website at any time.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
